Services

Cybersecurity services for networks that run the real world.

From enterprise data centers to the PLCs on the plant floor, each service is scoped to your risk, delivered with clear documentation and sequenced around your operations.

01

OT & Industrial Cybersecurity

Defense-in-depth for industrial control systems: segmentation, secure remote access and asset visibility designed around production, not against it.

Our dedicated OT practice covers the full Purdue Model, from field devices to enterprise integration, with diagrams and detail on its own page.

Go deeper

  • Defense-in-depth segmentation
  • Interactive industrial stack explorer
  • Signal-to-decision walkthrough

  • Review of server, directory and endpoint configuration against recognized hardening baselines
  • Identity and privileged access review
  • Patch and configuration management practices
  • Backup and recovery readiness review

Typical deliverables

  • Prioritized hardening recommendations
  • Configuration findings with remediation guidance

03

Industrial Network Security

Secure design of industrial Ethernet, redundant rings and field networks using PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP.

  • Industrial network architecture review: rings, redundancy, switching
  • Protocol-aware traffic analysis for PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, DNP3
  • Wireless and cellular telemetry security for remote sites
  • Switch and managed device hardening

Typical deliverables

  • Current-state network diagram
  • Risk-ranked findings mapped to network zones

04

OT/IT Network Segmentation

Zones and conduits based on the Purdue Model, with an industrial DMZ that stops lateral movement from enterprise IT.

  • Zone and conduit modelling aligned with IEC 62443-3-2 concepts
  • Industrial DMZ (Level 3.5) design for historians, jump hosts and patch services
  • Firewall rule design for industrial protocols
  • Phased cut-over planning that respects production windows

Typical deliverables

  • Target zone and conduit architecture
  • Rule-set specification and migration plan

05

Vulnerability Assessment & Risk Management

Safety-aware discovery of vulnerabilities across IT and OT, ranked by real operational consequence instead of raw CVSS score.

  • Asset inventory using passive techniques where active scanning is unsafe
  • Vulnerability identification for IT and OT assets
  • Consequence-based risk ranking
  • Compensating controls where patching is not possible

Typical deliverables

  • Asset register
  • Risk register with treatment options

06

Security Architecture & Consulting

Independent design authority for new builds, expansions and modernizations, from reference architecture to vendor review.

  • Reference security architectures for IT and OT
  • Security requirements for new projects and tenders
  • Vendor and integrator design review
  • Remote access and third-party connectivity design

Typical deliverables

  • Architecture documentation
  • Design review reports

07

Firewall & Network Security

Review, design and rationalization of perimeter and internal firewalls, including industrial firewalls that understand OT protocols.

  • Firewall rule-base review and clean-up
  • Perimeter and internal segmentation design
  • Industrial firewall policy for OT protocols
  • VPN and remote access configuration review

Typical deliverables

  • Rule-base findings
  • Recommended policy changes with rationale

08

Industrial Cybersecurity Compliance

Gap assessments against IEC 62443 and other relevant frameworks, with a practical path toward alignment. We support readiness; we do not certify.

  • Gap assessment against IEC 62443 requirements
  • Mapping to other frameworks relevant to your sector, such as NIST CSF or NERC CIP where applicable
  • Policy and procedure development support
  • Evidence preparation for your auditors

Typical deliverables

  • Gap assessment report
  • Alignment roadmap

09

Security Monitoring & Incident Response Advisory

Advice on what to monitor, how to detect it and how to respond, including OT-specific playbooks. Advisory only; not a managed SOC.

  • Monitoring and logging strategy for IT and OT
  • Use-case design for OT protocol anomalies, such as unauthorized PLC commands
  • Incident response plan and playbook development
  • Tabletop exercises with operations and IT teams

Typical deliverables

  • Monitoring use-case catalogue
  • Incident response plan and playbooks

10

Cybersecurity Assessment & Improvement Planning

A structured baseline of where you stand today and a sequenced, budget-aware roadmap for what to do next.

  • Current-state cybersecurity assessment across people, process and technology
  • Maturity baseline
  • Prioritized, phased improvement roadmap
  • Executive summary for leadership and boards

Typical deliverables

  • Assessment report
  • 12 to 24 month improvement roadmap

How we work

Five steps, every engagement.

  1. Step 1: Discover and Assess

Site walkdowns, architecture and documentation review, and asset discovery that is safe for live systems.

  2. Step 2: Identify Risks

Threats and vulnerabilities are ranked by operational consequence, not by tool output alone.

  3. Step 3: Design Security Controls

Zones, conduits, access and monitoring designed to fit the way your operations actually run.

  4. Step 4: Implement or Recommend Improvements

We implement alongside your team or deliver a precise, sequenced plan for your integrators.

  5. Step 5: Validate and Improve

Controls are tested against the design, findings are closed out and the roadmap is refreshed.

Questions

Before you get in touch

No. Our monitoring and incident response work is advisory: we help you design what to monitor, how to detect it and how to respond, and we can help you evaluate providers.

We are not a certification body. We assess gaps, design toward alignment and help prepare evidence. Certification, where required, is performed by an accredited third party.

We default to passive techniques in OT environments and agree any active testing, scope and timing with your operations team in advance.

No. We are vendor-agnostic and work across mixed Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, ABB and other environments, as well as common enterprise platforms.

Have an environment that needs a second look?

Tell us about your network, your control systems and your constraints. We will respond with a practical next step, not a sales sequence.
